Monthly Dues
- Dues are $1,024/month for townhouse owners and $130/month for single-family homeowners.

There is a reinvestment of 0.5% of sale price.

Special Assessment Notice
- The membership approved special assessments for the remodel of the building exteriors. The assessments were payable in either one-time, lump-sum payments, or in monthly installments over time, at the discretion of the unit owner. Therefore, some units carry a special assessment balance and some do not. Please check with the HOA to obtain the special assessment balance for any specific unit.
